Tul Prasad Pun, President, lives in Thasikhel-14, Lalitpur. He was founding Executive Director of Positive Voice when it was initially formed in 2007. He is active in a wide variety of HIV and Drug related activities since he himself is an ex drug user living with HIV. He has also served on the Boards of Nava Kiran Plus in 2002-2005. Currently he is an interim board member of the Recovering Nepal (Network of drug users in Nepal).

Kiran Basnet, Vice President, is from Lagankhel. He is active in a wide variety of community based issues and local Treatment Access Campaigns. He volunteers relentlessly and gives in a full time to the organization voluntarily.

Susant Hang Subba, Treasurer, he is also a former drug user with verity of skills related to office management and finance. He is an active member with knowledge of HIV and Drug related activities participating in various forums to represent Positive Voice.

Prem Kumar Limbu, General Secretary, works as a full time Advocacy Officer in Recovering Nepal "Network of Drug Users in Nepal" and also an active member of International Network of Drug Users Asia Pacific www.inpud.org.

Kishor Manandhar, Assistant General Secretary, lives in Satdobato-15, Lalitpur. He is trainer of Community and Home Based Care and a counselor trainer. He has also worked as a tele counselor for the National hotline services for the general public. He has knowledge in variety of issues related to HIV and Drugs. He himself is a drug user living with HIV.

Madhukar Gurung, Member, he is a advocacy office of Positive Voice and has participates in various forums related to drugs and HIV/AIDS.

HIimal Chandra Gurung, Member, Currently he is working full time in SPARSHA Nepal as a community and Home based care team leader. He is also a trained TOT Trainer and actively involved in a several community level activities.
